A two day course designed for the sea kayaker who wants to try different rescue techniques under the watchful eye of our coaches. We aim to try various rescue techniques for both group and self rescues. The initial training will be on flat water then we hope to advance to practise in bigger water in the famous tide races and over falls off Anglesey. During the course we hope to visit the coastguard and look at rescue kit you might carry and how the rescue services work with sea kayak incidents. This course is an outstanding opportunity to give kayakers the confidence and skill base needed to advance your kayaking experiences.
